Shipping Policy
Our priority is to deliver your biltong promptly and in perfect condition.
Shipping schedule
- We ship all fully cured biltong orders Monday through Friday, with dispatches typically made before 12 PM MST.
- Orders placed after 12 PM will be shipped on the next business day.
- In rare cases of extreme weather, we may adjust our shipping schedule to exclude Fridays. This ensures your package doesn’t sit in harsh conditions over the weekend, protecting its quality during transit.
Shipping Method
- We partner with UPS for all our shipping needs.
- UPS offers competitive rates and fast delivery, ensuring your package reaches you as quickly as possible. They also provide detailed tracking to monitor shipments.
Please note: Once your package has been shipped and leaves our facility, its journey is managed by UPS. While we are happy to assist with any inquiries, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding as we work to resolve any issues that may arise.
Damaged Packages
If you receive a damaged package or product, please contact us immediately and follow these steps:
- Document the damage by taking clear photos or videos of the affected items and packaging.
- Email the photos or videos to us, along with as much detail as possible about what may have caused the damage.
This information is crucial for us to process any potential claims efficiently.
Important: Do not consume any products that arrive damaged or appear to have been opened during transit.
Delivery Issues
Occasionally, packages may be delayed or go missing during transit.
If this happens, we kindly ask that you wait one day before reaching out to us. This gives the delivery company time to resolve any issues on their end.
Once you contact us, we’ll gladly assist you in tracking your package and, if needed, help you file a claim.
Right of Service
If we notice repeated claims for damaged products from a customer, raising concerns about the nature of these requests, we reserve the right to decline any future orders from that customer.
