SHIPPING POLICY

We focus on ensuring that you receive your product as quickly as possible and in the very best condition. 

Shipping schedule

All air-cured biltong orders are shipped daily Monday to Friday and before 12pm MST where possible.

Orders received after 12pm will be shipped the next business day.

Sometimes extreme weather patterns can affect the schedules. In these cases, we will adjust the shipping to exclude Fridays. This helps avoid your package being delivered during extreme weather over a weekend.

Shipping Method

Our shipping carrier is UPS.

UPS carriers offer the most competitive rates and quickest delivery. 

They provide you with tracking information on the location of your package. 

Once your package is shipped and leaves our premises, we are no longer in control of its journey. We will assist with you with enquiries where possible, however, we ask for your patience and understanding during this process. 

Damaged Packages

Please contact us immediately and take the following action should you be unfortunate enough to receive a damaged package or product.

Record the damaged goods and packages via video or photos. 

Forward the video or photos to us by email with as much information as you can to describe what caused the damage.

This will assist us in the event of a claim having to be submitted.

NB: Please do not consume any products that have been received by you and that were damaged or opened in transit to you. 

Delivery Issues  

At times packages go astray or other issues occur where packages are delayed. 

It is important that you let us know, but we request that you wait for a day before doing so. This will allow the delivery companies time to address issues they might have had during the delivery process.  

After you have contacted us, we will assist you with tracing and submitting a claim should that be necessary. 

Right of service 

Should we become aware of consistent recurring enquiry requests for claims for damaged products from customers, which may raise our concerns, we reserve the right to not accept further orders from such customers.
