What is Biltong?

Biltong is a classic South African meat snack, typically made with beef, soaked in vinegar and spices, then air-dried for up to 5 days.

Biltong's distinct taste and texture is what makes meat lovers crave it.

Is it like Jerky?

Biltong is usually more tender and natural-tasting (and healthier) than jerky because it's made with less sugar and preservatives than jerky and isn't cooked or smoked.
