Laggan Biltong does not offer returns. However, we always strive to provide our customers with the highest quality packaged biltong products.

We greatly appreciate your support and business and want to know you are happy with your purchase. 

Biltong is a perishable product so please ensure you follow the storage advice on the website as soon as you receive your purchased products.

Refunds

Laggan Biltong offers refunds if your items have not been delivered to your satisfaction.

Please inspect your biltong delivery as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if there is a problem. That way, we can evaluate the issue and try to correct it.

How to request a refund on your biltong

Please contact us at lagganbiltong@gmail.com if there is a problem with your order, and you wish to request a refund.

What happens after you request a refund

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund request and let you know whether the refund was approved. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days if approved.

How long should you wait for a refund

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
